• Verification documents — for identity / address verification.
• Transaction info — purchases, payouts, escrow events.
• Messages — content of in-app chat between buyers and sellers.
• Device info — IP, browser, device type.

How we use it

• To operate the marketplace, process payments and coordinate delivery.
• To verify users and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional, security and (optionally) promotional notifications.
• To improve our service.

Who we share with

Only with parties needed to provide the service — payment processors, delivery partners, cloud infrastructure providers — and with authorities where legally required.

Your rights (PoPIA)

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct or update it.
• Request deletion (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
• Object to processing for direct marketing.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to measure usage. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser.

Security

Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Payment card data is never stored on our servers.
