Welcome to The Plug Corner. These Terms govern your use of our marketplace and services. Please read them carefully — by using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

3. Listings & content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payments & escrow

All payments are processed by our payment partner. Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt and condition, at which point the seller is paid out less platform commission.

5. Delivery

Delivery is arranged either directly with the seller or through partner couriers. Risk passes to the buyer once the item is confirmed received.

6. Fees & payouts

The Plug Corner charges a commission of approximately 7.5%–10% per completed sale. Delivery fees are billed separately and disclosed at checkout.

7. Disputes

If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute from the order page. Our team will review the evidence and act fairly to resolve the issue.

8. Prohibited items

• Stolen goods or items obtained illegally.
• Counterfeit goods.
• Weapons, drugs, hazardous materials.
• Anything restricted by South African law.

9. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the platform commission paid.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notification.
